Margaux Gaeser holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of South Carolina and brings a wealth of experience in driving growth through influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital analytics. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Le Fleur Society, Margaux ensures smooth operational efficiency while spearheading initiatives that amplify brand visibility and engagement for our influencers and clients. Her deep understanding of the influencer landscape, combined with her strategic expertise in marketing and sales, enables her to create innovative solutions that support talent growth, optimize campaigns, and enhance client relationships across the digital spectrum.

Lindsay Matthews
Lindsay Matthews brings over a decade of experience in PR and influencer marketing to her role as Brand & Talent Partnerships Manager at Le Fleur Society. Supporting both the Chief Brand Executive and Chief of Talent, she leads strategic influencer initiatives from sourcing and execution to performance analysis. With a talent-first approach and a keen eye for authentic partnerships, Lindsay has secured top-tier media placements in Vogue, TODAY, and WWD. Her background spans national campaigns and high-profile activations across fashion and lifestyle, delivering meaningful engagement and measurable results for brands and creators alike.
Morgan Batts
Creative Director
Morgan Batts is Creative Director at Le Fleur Society, bringing a distinctive blend of strategic precision and creative intuition shaped by decades in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. Prior to Le Fleur, she spent ten years at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, supporting complex client needs at the intersection of service, strategy, and execution.
Long before her career in financial services, Morgan was immersed in large-scale event production and fashion direction. Raised in a family-run production business, she grew up behind the scenes of multi-day events, supporting production and logistics, capturing event photography, and providing fashion direction during photoshoots in close collaboration with talent.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with minors in Public Relations and Advertising. At Le Fleur Society, she brings this full-spectrum experience together to oversee creative direction with intention—supporting talent across brand partnerships, content strategy, and execution through a seamless, elevated approach.
Susan Norfleet
Marketing Director
With a rich background in the media and fashion industries, Susan brings a unique blend of editorial expertise and influencer acumen to our agency. Formerly a sales executive at a locally renowned women’s magazine, she has a keen eye for trends and a passion for storytelling. Her experience as a local model and influencer in Charleston, SC, has equipped her with an intimate understanding of authentic engagement and brand connection. Her leadership and vision continue to drive our innovative campaigns and creative strategies.
Ashley Nebel
Chief Financial Officer
Ashley Nebel brings over 25 years of experience in fashion, retail, and finance. She began her career in New York City as Wholesale Director for Billy Reid, building expertise in brand strategy, financial oversight, and market expansion, before returning South to serve as a handbag and shoe buyer for Versona under the Cato Corporation.
A former Miss United States (2007), Ashley blends polish and leadership with sharp business instincts. She later expanded her financial expertise as CFO and Head Buyer of Optical for MediVision, overseeing strategic planning, purchasing, and financial operations.
Ashley joined Le Fleur as Chief Financial Officer at the invitation of her longtime friend, Lauren Taylor. She brings a rare combination of financial discipline, fashion industry insight, and relationship-driven leadership, supporting the agency’s continued growth while preserving its creative, entrepreneurial edge.
