THE LE FLEUR TEAM

LAUREN TAYLOR

Founder & CEO

Lauren is the visionary CEO and founder of Le Fleur Society, a leading influencer and media agency specializing in connecting brands with culturally relevant, trendsetting voices through meaningful, long-term partnerships.

After hearing firsthand the challenges faced by creators and brand founders, Lauren recognized a major gap in the influencer industry: talent often lacked true advocacy, strategic guidance, and long-term business support. She founded Le Fleur Society to create a more transparent, hands-on approach to talent management — one rooted in authentic storytelling, meaningful partnerships, and helping put more opportunities and financial success into the hands of women.

Under Lauren’s leadership, Le Fleur Society has expanded beyond talent management through Le Fleur Lab, the agency’s creative and media division offering social media management, PR, branding, and strategic digital marketing support.

With a background as a successful attorney, Lauren also owns an all-female law firm that champions women’s empowerment and excellence in the legal field. Her unique blend of business acumen, legal expertise, and passion for female empowerment has positioned her as a trailblazer across both the influencer marketing and legal industries.

Lauren is deeply committed to fostering a supportive environment where women can confidently build their brands, grow impactful businesses, and create lasting influence both online and beyond.

MARGAUX BENNETT

COO & Chief Talent Manager

Margaux brings a strong background in influencer marketing, brand strategy, content development, and digital operations, with experience spanning talent management, creator partnerships, and startup brand growth.

Before joining Le Fleur Society, Margaux worked directly alongside an influencer as both a creator assistant and digital content strategist, where she gained hands-on experience managing content production, audience engagement, brand partnerships, campaign execution, and the day-to-day operations behind building a successful personal brand. She also served as Marketing Director for a startup brand, leading initiatives across brand development, social media strategy, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Talent Manager at Le Fleur Society, Margaux oversees day-to-day agency operations while leading talent partnerships, brand strategy, and campaign negotiations for a curated roster of creators across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, travel, and entertainment. Known for her hands-on and creator-first approach, she works closely with both talent and brands to build meaningful, long-term partnerships that drive measurable results across organic, paid, and performance-focused campaigns.

Her deep understanding of the influencer landscape, combined with her expertise in marketing, negotiation, and operational strategy, allows her to create innovative solutions that support talent growth, strengthen client relationships, and position creators for sustainable long-term success in the evolving digital space.

MORGAN BATTS

Creative Director

Morgan serves as Creative Director at Le Fleur Society, where she leads brand strategy, storytelling, and public positioning for Le Fleur as well as the founders and brands the firm partners with. Her work focuses on shaping brand narrative, visual identity, and strategic visibility to ensure each brand is positioned with clarity, intention, and cultural relevance.

Prior to Le Fleur, Morgan spent a decade at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management supporting complex client needs at the intersection of service, strategy, and execution. This experience shaped her detail-driven approach to client relationships and high-level projects.

Raised in a family-run production business, she developed an early foundation in large-scale event production and fashion direction. That experience continues to influence her approach to creative storytelling and brand development today.

At Le Fleur Society, she brings this full-spectrum background together to support founders and brands in defining their voice, refining their visual identity, and positioning their brands thoughtfully within the market.
